Hub client, 2022 Who do we support? Every year, we support over 900 people with their mental health and wellbeing, all completely for free. We support anyone from the age of 13 years old, with clients coming to us from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone and beyond. Our clients come to us for support with a number of mental health conditions, many of which require long-term support. These mental health conditions include, but not limited to: Anxiety & depression PTSD Bipolar Borderline personality disorder Psychosis Schizophrenia Self-harm & suicidal ideation Obsessive-compulsive Eating disorders. Many of our clients also struggle with low self-esteem, physical neglect, substance abuse, the inability to manage routines and some lack skills to manage even basic activities of daily living. Other challenges include food and benefit issues, unhealthy lifestyles, agoraphobia, loneliness, bereavement, housing problems, anti-social residents and isolation. Our 4 key services are all designed to enable our clients to feel valued, supported and heard. By coming to us, clients feel reassured by the opportunities for social connections, they gain a better understanding of tools to help them manage their mental health and they have a safe space where they can relax in a caring place and not feel judged.
